At Highlands and Islands Adventures we love springtime! We have spent all winter huddled over maps in front of the fire, drinking cups of tea and eating home baking.  We have not been getting soft, we have been researching routes, new holiday ideas and getting an ever-expanding waistline!

So now that spring has arrived we are out on the mountain bike trails of Scotland exploring  what we have researched and thoroughly enjoying the new routes for the 2010 season.  Our West coast mountain bike holiday has been tweaked to include some new trails, as has our Torridon and Cairngorm and Fort William holiday.
